Exclusion of liability

§1. Content of online offer

The author reserves the right not to be responsible for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the provisioned information. Liability claims against the author which refer to damages of material or immaterial nature caused by use or disuse of the provisioned information or else by the use of faulty and incomplete information are excluded, insofar as no demonstrably intentional or grossly negligent fault exists, on the part of the author.

The author hereby expressly declares that at the time of linking, no illegal content on the linked pages were discernable. The author to this end hereby expressly dissociates himself from the contents of all referenced / linked pages that were changed after the implementation of the linking.
